I don't know where to start as ECLAP has been there with me for many years through medical crisis, trauma, sadness, and triumphant news!   They have seen my horses (and me) through everything from minor issues, surgeries,  cancer  to Wobblers.  They not only consider the heath of the horse but the mental anguish of the owner.  Diagnosis, procedures and choices are always explained so that I can understand. Financial consideration is also included.  Office staff always seems kind and understanding and efficient in getting a vet or answer to you. Not only do I think they are the best - just about walking saints - but they are always there for you. Veterinary medicine is a serious business but I also enjoy that when appropriate humor is part of their personality and I think makes them not only the best knowledgeable vets but caring ones. They humor us owners that need reassurance or answers to many questions and I truly feel that they are professional friends.
