Dr. Jess Bravos grew up in Dixon, CA alongside cattle dogs, barn cats, chickens, and old beat up horses. He was active in both 4H and FFA raising Jersey heifers and Angus steers. He earned his BA in biology at the University of San Diego in 2021, and graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. His professional interests include livestock internal medicine and herd health, preventative medicine, and small animal surgery. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, surfing, watching 49er games, and going to the beach with his fiance and his dog Texas.
